1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using any feature of the u555a platform — including creating an account, making deposits, playing casino games, placing sports bets, using bonuses, or requesting withdrawals — you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

• Not be an employee or direct contractor of u555a, its game provider partners, payment processors, or any entity with privileged access to information about the operation.

Registration requires the submission of truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information. Users are responsible for keeping their account details current — especially their email address, mobile number, and the Pix key used for withdrawals. False or outdated information may result in a temporary account block or permanent closure.

3Identity Verification (KYC)

5Withdrawals & Timeframes

Withdrawals at u555a are processed exclusively via Pix, to a key registered under the same CPF on the platform. The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 20.00 and u555a charges no fees on any withdrawal.

The average processing time is up to 5 minutes after the request is approved internally. In cases requiring additional identity verification or manual review for security purposes, the timeframe may be extended to up to 24 business hours, with notification sent to the user via email or in-platform alert.

For a withdrawal to be processed, the user must:

• Have the identity verification (KYC) process completed;
• Have sufficient available balance (bonus balance is not directly withdrawable — see Section 6);

9Account Closure

Account closure by the user: any player may request voluntary account closure at any time, free of charge, via live chat or by emailing suporte@u555a.net. Any available balance (excluding bonus funds with a pending rollover) will be returned via Pix after identity verification is completed, within up to 5 business days.

Account closure by u555a: the platform may close or suspend an account without prior notice in the event of:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms;
• Request by competent regulatory or judicial authorities;

• Inactivity for more than 24 consecutive months;
• Failure to complete the identity verification process within the requested timeframe.

10Responsible Gambling

13Governing Law and Jurisdiction

For the resolution of any dispute arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved directly with u555a's support team, the jurisdiction of the District Court of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, is hereby designated, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction, however privileged it may be.

Before pursuing any legal action, the user must contact u555a's support team to attempt an amicable resolution, which is the quickest and least costly path for both parties in the vast majority of cases.
